This photo is taken near Victoria harbour waterfront in Tsim Sha Tsui, where there is a little nice park next to Star Ferry Terminal and clocktower

Postprocessing in PS: slight adjustment to shadow/higlight (52%, tonal width 18%, radius 30px) very little crop from the bottom and left, autolevels, autocontrast, autocolor, resize, added frame.
