This is a night view of Hung Hom district through my window. the tall tower at the right is a hotel (harbour plaza i guess) with a view over the harbour. actually you can see a small part of the harbour in the middle as well as some buildings across the harbour.

Tec: i tried a dozen of shots to get the right exposure (at least i think the exposure is better in this one). the shutter speed is 20 seconds (which is not in the list). i added the big frame in PS to highlight the feel of looking through a window.

Dear Kourosh, I added you to the theme "Concrete Jungle". I feel that is very appropriate here. Also I have the feeling like being in this Hitchcock movie where the broken leg James Stewart sees a murder. Good composition with the high towers on the right. The sky is a plus, better than pure black. Thanks for sharing. Yours, Jan

Great picture, I do like the towers on the right of this picture, it is really clear iswell apart from the sparkling lights in the background, but well seen and thanks

Very good composition, I like the way you use the two towers. The colors are soft even at night. Well done

This is what tourists can't find usually, another beautiful night scene of Hong Kong. Impressive!

Fantastic panorama kourosh,

Great evening vieuw with spectuculair light, great colours, very good photo, yes I like this one good job you did.

Where is the ground? I really like this crowdy city landscape. Very urban and human at the same time as it is amazing to imagine how many people live in the area covered by the picture.

I think you got there the exact exposure time, as we can see the different colors of each apppartment. I'm not so enthousiast about the frame though...

Indeed, life goes on, each box like a honeycomb cell grows new generations. Arrivals and departures and in this whole port-support environment, green is a shade of a play of electic lights. The highlight of the boarder works well with the darkness beyond giving the image a little depth, the problem with long exposure by using slow shutter speed is that light becomes diffused and the crispness may be lost. This is a good night shot.

Wonderful night shot. Really good.
