McDonald yellow-red M is probably the must known slogan in the world, as a world traveler you can find it almost everywhere and in the must unexpected places... (Must of the times it's the only public restroom you can find – can't think of a better reason to use it).

Richard and Maurice McDonald founded McDonald’s first Restaurant in 1948 in San Bernardino, California and like some kind of cholesterol virus it spreads and infected the planet. (Net income over 2.6 B USD in 2005)

On April 23, 1992 the world's largest McDonald's opens in Beijing, China (over 700 seats). Along with adjacent buildings, it is later demolished.
This branch is a bit smaller on Chang'an Avenue (meaning "Long Peace Avenue"), Beijing... is a major through route in Beijing, China.
I took a night shoot of it to enhance the red-black-yellow contrast with the woman silhouetted against the window for better composition.
