Life Can Be Hard Photo

Photographer’s Note

This photo was taken at the Chengdu Panda Breeding Research Center located just outside of Chengdu. It was perhaps my favourite place in China as I loved watching the baby pandas running around playing. I highly recommend a visit if you are in Sichuan province.

If you do visit make sure to go in the morning (preferably right when it opens). The pandas are quite active early but by 10 or 11 they mostly just sleep for the rest of the day.

Great shot with the focus at the center of attention. That little guy really needs his claws if he wants to climb this.
