Taken at a antiques market Shanghai, this stack of "chops" (I think that is what they are called) were similar to the ones found in Korea. Fact is that most of the korean "do-jeongs" are converted in chinese characters just like these. Mostly they do this for names are manly of the korean names have chinese characters for them.

I love the repetition of the red blocks and your framing. I have done a little workshop to try and bring out a bit more sharpness and added a frame. I hope you dont mind.
