[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
In Harbin, and lots of other cities in China, there are lots of people who go around with rickety sorts of wheelbarrows, collecting things that are no longer wanted, and which they can use and sell. It is a wonder that these wheelbarrows hold together at all. They usually have an upside-down bucket, or large plastic bottle that they beat in order to announce their presence to residents who might have something to give or sell them.
