Photographer’s Note

Hong Kong Island skyline, all lit for Christmas celebration. A cold night to take pictures but worth the while.
This is the Central area. From right to left, the tallest HK building is IFC Centre, the one with 2 blue strips of light is the HSBC Bldg, the one with no.3 is Cheung Kong Centre and the bamboo shaped bldg is Bank Of China Tower.
If you noticed there's a ferris wheel lit up and that's where they have this World Carnival. Could anyone spot The Peak (Victoria Peak) ?

WOW!! Amezingly sharp... very colorful and beautiful, just about the right amount of water in the front. A most spactacular view.

Woo-hoo! Beautiful. Is this the preview of the Symphony of Lights or is that still tonight? There was news about the largest light show in the world that will be previewed on Dec. 20 at 8 pm. I hope that you will be there to take pictures ... this is awesome. HK's skyline was chosen by skyscrapers.com as having to most visual impact in the world ... and your picture shows why. As Liora said, it is really spectacular. Thanks!

Very beautiful lights. The straighforward composition leaves no mystery into the shot and that is how it ought to be. Very very well-seen.
