This is on top of a mountain near Langmusi. For the local people this mountain is sacred, the dead are buried here and prayers are being held.The flags you see are Tibetian prayer flags.

love the fluttering of the flags here..
it's a very nice way to take us into a scene.. you know.. letting the flags introduce us to the scenery.. but i think.. if the depth of field was a little deeper.. it would have had more impact..

Hi Etienne,
I love flag shots like this but i have to agree with sohrab on the depth of field; the photo needs more clarity as the bokeh is too distracting. This type of scene benefits from stopping down to even as far as f/22 I think. Also, the touch of green in top right corner is a little distracting, a slight crop of that corner might help.
It really is a nice photo though, your choice of composition is really good, the exposure seems right on, and the light is fairly perfect.
