Photographer's Note
This photo was taken in Xiapu,a coastal county in northern Fujian Province, southern China. Xiapu has many fishing grounds and aquatic farms which produce a wide variety of marine products, such as the yellow croaker, the kelp, the purple laver, the oyster, and the sea cucumber. It is also one of the most popular destinations for photography enthusiasts in China.

this is eye-catching. The b&w enhances the graphism but also the minimalism here. I like it but can't really explain why.
A succesfull one.

Hello hun
This is wonderful, even with only two colours...
I would probably have added at least a thin black shape to mark the difference between the white of your photo and the one of the site's background.A WS to do?...
But that's my advice...
Very interesting image,too!
Best regards,
Fred

Hello dear Hu
Good idea to convert to bl/w to focus on the graphical composition. Looking forward to more great Fujian shots, as we'll probably be travelling there this summer. Cheers.

Hello Hu, i've notice your photo since the thumbnail, i was wondering what this was. So minimalistic. The boat is a great addition.
