View on Shenzhen, a photo from Guangdong, South

Photographer's Note

An observation point in the border from Hong-Kong's Territory into mainland China : this is the city of Shenzhen.
Just 2 decades ago it was a small reginal town, with agriculture and farm land as still be seen in FG, but than came the world largest corporation, big industry names mainly Hi-Teck companies and based their manufacturing facilities in there.
The city of Shenzen on 2007 had a population of 7 million ( many goes to Macau on their days off ), 200 skyscrapers with over 30 stories up, and a sweat-shop's in thousands.
In this pic. it's the left half of town , in the WSattached is the right-side half : So , now you may grasp the size of it, and also see the fence in middle : it is the border dividing Hong-kong and China.
Taken on a misty/fogy/smogy day.

Dobro vece, danas je kod nas bio topao dan sa suncem.
Lep pogled preko zelenog drveca na moderan deo grad, dobar prikaz uvodnim tekstom i lepom fotografijom.

Hello Ike,

A well balanced composition with strong foreground interest and good sense of depth!
The haze over the city leaves a fine effect, even if it most likely is due to air pollution...

A picturesque view especially the abundance of vegetation in the foreground, the modern city in the mist in the background, does not the image one has in mind on China. Well done.
