Photographer’s Note
These two chinese students were dealing with the stress of their studies and enjoying a few pints - well maybe more than a few - at the local street bbq in Lijiang, Yunnan.
The image has been scanned from a 35mm colour negative. Shot in poor light - with moving subjects - the original picture is not very sharp. Using Elements, I converted the image to b&w and cranked up the contrast to washout the appearance a bit and further reduce it's sharpness.
