Hope you like it!
Fuli Town originally lay to the east of Donglang Hill and was called "Huangdao Street"in the Tang (618-907 A.D.) and Song (960-1279 A.D.)Dynasties. Then it gradually approached the Li River and was renamed "Fuli Town"in the Republic of China (1912-1949 A.D.).

In Fuli Town the main scenic spots are the Scenery of Ancient Town, Three Supernatural Women Stones, Kylin-giving Sons, Immortal's Hands, Secret Donglang, Yinlong Fancy Cave,Tangmen Views, Liugong Three Deep Pools, and Ancient Battle Field in Baimian (Yangshuo History Tablet).

Very nice perspective here. I really like the way, you managed the colours and cropping. You caught rural China's "charming decay" very nicely here. Great shot!

Beautiful picture with great colours and the old walls with the old tuktuk (for lack of a better word) makes a great topic. A very interesting note too, as I'd never heard of this town before. China is big...

Il ressort de cette photo une ambiance surprenante : comme si nous étions dans un autre monde à une autre époque.
Je pense qu'un traitement noir et blanc accentuerait encore ce phénomène.

What a wonderful feel to this one. A bit of old photo feel, due to the post processing, but also just the whole atmosphere of the place here.
A bit of an Indian feel as well, but then some decades ago :-). Nice!

good light to present this old street, good colors.
That's amazing is that this old town contrasts with the image we have of China curretly : big cities full of high buildings and expressways.
Another side of this country.

so nice to see you here again! I think it is a pity that you have deleted some of your photos! Therefore I am happy to see this fantastic impression of rural China. A great perspective and an amazing atmosphere of decay. Excellent photo work!

Very tasteful image, strange and attractive street, especially the three wheeled truck has a subtle charm, you have expertly captured it with good light and framing.

I absolutely LOVE this!! This is like a Chinese version of this pic taken in Italy:http://www.trekearth.com/viewphotos.php?l=3&p=823772
I know, it's different, but still, It makes me think about it.
The light on the wall on the left is amazing! It allows you to make strong contrasts!
I wish the vehicle was less centered in your compo and the way I see it, it would have been very difficult to choose a side to place it because the whole scene seems interesting...However, I really do think an off-centered vehicle would strenghten this photo!
the note is very interesting!! How did you like China? How was it to travel there? I wanna go back to Asia as soon as possible and China is a likely destination.

if you've said you took this in 1970 i would believe ya ;) im kinda mesmerized by that lush colours and the warm tint of sunset orange. wonderful piece of work. strange as it seems, your central composition is effective, perhaps well balanced by the roof top right and that left wall. one of my fav pics from China.
