Photographer’s Note

Hong Kong seems to have been having more blue skies of late, which is good, because I also seem to have been going through an architectural phase in my photography.

I took this photo today on my daily walk to Victoria Park. This 'sail' building is located at a corner opposite one of the park's entrances.

From a certain angle it always reminds me of the world's tallest hotel, the Burj Al Arab in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

I feel that one of the architectural gems of Hong Kong is how you can have an office skyscraper right beside a residential block of flats.
