Photographer’s Note

This photo was taken in the North Point district of Hong Kong Island.

Some trams will terminate in North Point and turnaround back to Central.

They use a small 'market' street to make the turn.

In my other photo, banking on Wall Street staying on track, you can see a tram turning off from the main road onto this small street.

The tram will sometimes have to crawl down the street as the street is filled with busy shoppers. (See my photo - trampled by the crowds)

Walking down the middle of a road with a tram behind you can be exciting!

I like Hong Kong trams because their adverts add a touch of colour to the daily street scenes.

I would like to take this opportunity to wish everyone at TrekEarth a Merry Christmas and a Happy New year!
