Silkroad travels: Xinjiang
There are two more passes to cross from Ulughat to Kansu, the picture was taken on Ulughat daban (2'990 m asl.). The passes are no particular challenge to experienced cyclists but they come somewhat unsuspected: we hoped that from the Chinese border on we would drive downhill into the Taklimakan basin! |

This view reminds me very much of Iraq, the small river streaming along with a marvelous view surrounding it all. A stunning view this is with interesting pov. Well done!

Grüne Bäume auf Zugspitz-Höhe! Unglaublich! Wenn man Deine Reise bis hierhin verfolgt hat, fallen diese grünen Tupfer richtig auf. "No particular challenge..."! Was musst Du fit sein! ;-))
Hier hat Dir das Licht wunderbar geholfen, die Hänge regelrecht heraus zu modellieren.
