My breakfast in Ürümqi is composed of different elements, recalling years of Silk road cultural exchange: the flat bread (=Nan) and the black tea (=chai) are Uighur, the steamed yeast bun (=Dim Sum), the vegetable soup and the chopsticks Chinese. |
