Lesser Kongur Peak
 |
|
| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
This is one of the peaks of Kongur mountain, the highest of which is situated at a staggering 7,719m. This peak was the nearest to the road in the picture, which is the Karakoram Highway, running through the Pamir Mountains between Xinjiang and Pakistan.
I shot this out of a moving bus, and had to rectify the angle with Photoshop, but I think the overall composition worked out pretty well considering the difficulty in getting the picture. |

Hello Andre,
I like your POV and choice of format!
The slopes add to the good lines, together with the road...
You capture an awesome landscape, nicely done from moving and probably shaky bus...

Hi Andre,
Nice compsition! I understand the problem in taking pics from a moving bus very much. This is a bit noisy too. In spite of that its nice and well framed. And a good note too.
