The portrait is very nice, and their expressions good too.
The little child seems very interested to your camera too !
I'm not fully convinced by the vertical frame, but I do not know.

S: the kid seems to be engaging your presence as well. People give me a lot of flack about my inclusion of space in portraiture - I usually avoid it at the top - taste varies IMO - best, c
