Photographer’s Note
When driving north towards Maduo/Mato through Qinghai province, I saw this woman walking in the plains. I approached her, and the closer I got, the more amazing she looked. When I pointed to my camera, she had to laugh but gladly had her picture taken. Nomads make up some 40% of Tibetans, and they can be seen in many places, living in black yak-hair tents, herding their animals. I tried to imagine how their life would look like, but it was not easy - so completely different from my own!

Hi Boris,
A very nice portrait of this nomad lady, with nice skin tones, the blurred background enhances the portrait, I aways thought that nomads didn't like there photo taken something to do with taken there spirit away.
Regards Irene
