Photographer’s Note
The day after this Children's Day, the window of a classroom in Lari Village School is blocked by local Tuzu villagers. They are here to see what the teachers from Beijing are teaching their children.

Hello Zhang
Its looks like you have some interesting pictures underexposured last time (and you ask help).
In those other classroom pictures you have to use bigger ISO inside classroom (if you dont use flash), or easyer with automatic ISO: In custom menu (10) ISO auto on, with wideangle lens you can try first 1/30 or if you wat to be sure 1/60 sec (longest exposure time). If there isnt light enought, camera gets bigger ISO automatically with that longest exposure time what you choose before (If you use automatic ISO, normal ISO can be then so small as possible=200). You have little bit margin with bigger aperture also (f=3,5)
If i look your other pictures photo info: lighting meter is in spot position.
You can try pattern=matrix mode also: In custom menu (13), Metering - matrix or centerweighted or spot, Try matrix in a quicly changing moments, it works quite good in many times.
In this picture you have very difficult lightconditions from window, and maybe matrix not work exactly, but you have many interesting faces in window. Nice to read also that your group have been donated schoolkids, thats always nice to heard.
Good try, i hope you get working exposure next time.
Regards
Jussi
