A quick dip and your chopsticks are ready for re-use. Coal burning stoves heat water and soups as the morning passes in Lijiang, China. Typical scene for the walkside shop as daily life moves onward in rustic ways, soon to be replaced perhaps by modern fast foods or the quick fix packets of today.
