Photographer's Note

Shooters at work on the edge enjoying the view from the best vantage point!

Some will do anything looking for perfect pov to capture that magical image down below and with some 1000m drop only inches from their feet and REALLY close... almost too real with a terrific sense of height/depth and vertigo effect.

Hope you enjoy the shots as much as I myself enjoyed the walk to bring it to you. View from top of rocky-ridge at Laohuzui, Yuanyang just as the mist was rolling. Scary but worth the moments, see additional picture in WS

This is only a fraction of the vast rice fields at an elevation of 2000 meter above sea level in Yuanyang. Sculptured by the tender bare hands of the hard working 'Hani' ethnic minority from generations after generations. The landscape offers such a nature wonder for us to savour and there is no photo any where that can do this place justice, you simply must be there to be able to appreciate it fully......

WS1: Bit closer to the edge than you'd go I imagine!
