Hi Frank,
I like the horizontal fractions of wall, they are framing the main concern of photo in a very nice way.
Picture, placed in the middle, is so effective with the blurry figure in front of it. You captured the right moment for walking figure, one of hands on him.
In addition to success of composition and timing, B&W is redoubling the impression of moment.
