My last series of the world's largest outdoor Big Buddha in Lantau Island,HK.
Got a number of close shot but need to have a comparison with other factor to show it's size.
The whole statue was pieced together from 202 pcs of bronze and the last piece was in 1989.
The best time to visit should be 10am-12noon, that's when the sun will shine on the Buddha and not at the back.
Cropped, adjusted the levels and added a lens flare to add a divine light from the Big Buddha.

Usually I'm not fond of graphic fx like lens flare, but you used it very well here. Congrats.
The flags add colors to the scenery.
It's amazing to see the details of the giant Buddha's clothes on this shot. Great !
Do you know what means the sign on its chest ?
