One of the pictures I took in Admiralty,Central Hong Kong.Admiralty is the eastern extension of central business district of the Central on the Hong Kong Island of Hong Kong.

a terrific night time shot,you`ve got the exposure just right with nothing burnt out or blocked off,the light trails are fabulous and the detail in the building first class,I might have corrected the perspective a touch but that`s just a personal opinion.

HI Krzysztof,

I have always really admired these amazing light trails that can be gotten in traffic, but its something I have never succesfully done, so what a pleasure to see them here like this, and so many of them too! This looks like a busy place, the say the least, and I love how you captured all the layers of the city, from the tunnels, roads and bridges, through the buildings and up into the sky of those massive sckyscrapers.
I particularly admire the Bank of China giving a wonderful sense of place to the shot. Really nice shot, thanks.

A magnificent night scene, over the highway and with the skyscrapers illumintaed as backdecor.
Great applied the 13 sec. exposure, car headlights "painted" the image.

Doskonaly przyklad nocnego pejzazu, w ktorym przewodnia role odgrywa dluga ekspozycja. Swietnie wywazona kompozycja - wielu ludzi probowaloby ujac jak najwiecej wiezowcow, a ty zdecydowales sie poswiecic ich czesc, zeby zmiescic wiadukt i droge pod nim. Ktos kiedys powiedzial, ze w fotografii nie chodzi o to ile zmiescimy na zdjeciu, ale ile zdecydujemy sie pominac.

You are lucky to have a clear tome, I stayed there 3 days with mist and fog, great management of the lights, love the red and white lines and the crystal clear night

Hi Krzysztof,

Amazing shot! It looks crystal clear and pin sharp. The long exposure creating the trail of lights has made for some great alternating lines against the straight edges of the urban structures. The light management looks to be about perfect, everything is in fine detail and brightness without overexposure. I'm guessing you took some risk in getting this shot...and I'd say it was well worth it. My compliments!

Wspania³e nocne zdjêcie nowoczesnego miasta Hong Kong. To chyba jedno z niewielu miast, gdzie nowoczesno¶c i piêkno tak przeplataja siê ze sob±. Bardzo ladne te wie¿owce. ¦wiat³a samochodów na szosach stworzy³y bardzo ciekawy efekt. Doskonala jako¶æ i cudowna kolorystyka obrazu.

What an amazing urban shot this is. Razor sharp with nice star effect of the lights in this urban jungle. I like the different levels of roads in the foreground. Not sure where you were standing when you took this but your vantage point is perfect with the roads drawing the viewer right into the hub of things. so is this one an HDR?
the only thing i would critique about it would be to have a wider angle to capture the tops of the buildings, to cap it off perfectly. but perhaps you couldn't, or maybe a vertical composition?

but anyways....of course i still love the scene.
its my #1 wish to capture a city view like this one.
absolutely love the long trail car lights, its perfect!also like the roads and long lines...so much to like about it.
wish i was there to capture it too.

An outstanding night shot, Krzysztof! Everything is pin sharp, and with this really excellent POV you've turned ordinary streets into rivers of light that really enhance the cityscape. Great light blooms throughout add a sparkle to the shot, with a perfect exposure time. Great color as well. Really outstanding transformation of a simple street scene into a great photo.

osservando le tue foto mi sono fatto l'idea che tu sei tra i più bravi (se non il più bravo) fotografo nella rappresentazione della Cina moderna.
Le tue foto si fanno apprezzare per le belle composizioni, ma soprattutto per l'estrema nitidezza, ricchezza di particolari, luminosità e dsefeltà dei colori.
Nella foto notturna sei bravissimo e riesci a trasferire molto bene la realtà delle città che fotografi.

You found a good point for this kind of view. There's so many roads overlapping each other. City buildings are impressive and blue hour light looks good. Long exposure is perfect for illustrating traffic flow.

MISLEAD INFORMATION !!!

That is definately not shot in Admiralty !!!
Cos Admiralty is in the back, where you can see the Bank of China Building.
This is taken IN Central District, from the footbrigde/walkway between Connaught Road Station Bldg and Two Chinachem Plaza, above Connaught Road Central. Facing south-eastwards.

The picture itself is BRILLIANT !

Excellent image. Well handled and captured. I really liked how both the buildings and the roads were exposed properly. Great handling on those as I don't see overexposed areas. Great work and technique! If I were on your shoes, I would've cropped a bit of the left side to get rid of that building. Anyway, TFS, great photograph!

really nice cityscape.great light management.have captured the speed of the city very nicely.great colors and perfect execution.but what stands out for me is the number of layers , and the sheer number of things u have included in the frame.
