Excellent shot! You've done well to catch the light at the perfect time of day, and I really like the way you've managed to frame it with the boat you're travelling on - your title completes the job. Good work :-D

I feel I am part of the action here. Good framing as it creates a feeling of being there.

Yes, a picture of those taking a picture. The atmosphere in this image is charming and draws the viewer into the image from the point of view of 'photographer'... Composition and colours work very well... especially the colours reflecting off the water. The light of the evening provides a relaxed background... well captured.

As manny said earlier, you get the feel you are directly there being on vacation, that's what I like so much about the picture.

I agree with Miroslawa's point of view this is IMO the most interesting shot from your "Jumbo" series because it goes deeper than the flat 2D description and somehow tells the relationship between the restaurant and its customers.
From what I understand, this is mostly a tourist aimed restaurant, something like the Disneyland of Cantonese food, so that was totally appropriate to shoot the interaction between the tourist and the attraction.
Plus with those vibrant -a bit tacky- colors, looks a bit like a Martin Parr's photo.

This has to be my favorite among your "Jumbo" shots. The light and the reflections of color on the water are beautiful, and it is obvious that you took maximum advantage of not sitting in the very front of your boat ;-). Very well captured!

Very original and well accomplished photo! First I looked at the Jumbo, and then noticed the people and couldn't stop looking at them! It's very good how the green and red light help to chanel our vision to them.
Besides that, the colors are fabulous and the composition is really well balanced.

What is to eat there? I hear there is GOOD food! Gaudy, bright, everything I imagine Hong Kong to be!

This is a wonderfull photo. I really like that you put some photographers in the shot. I also like the reflection in the water. Nicely done.

The photo got "light at the end of the tunnel" fell. I can imagine the tourist saying something like:
"Oh my God, look at those bright lights" then everyone ready their camera.

Fabulous night shot! I lived in a high-rise just to the right and further back from those here for two years back in the late 90's. Never did at Jumbo or photograph it.

Year and a half since you upload this photo and I can see that your style has changed a lot. Maybe you´re braver now in the subject you choose as well as the composition you made, but I find this shot kind of melancolic. I think that your way of travel has also change a lot since you did this photo. Congratulations, better late than never.
