This is the "Jumbo" restaurant floating on Aberdeen. It doesn't actually go anywhere, it just stays there as a wonderful example of a tourist trap. Food, I heard, is not that bad.
PS: "Ho" refers to the owner, Stanley Ho.
PPS: David, yes. I was actually in a small boat when I took this. I took pictures of this gaudy monstrosity as our boat approached it. Only this one out of several pics, however, came out clearly. |
