Unfortunatelly, the roof cuts off a visible part of the Ray of light.

HI Serghei,
I wouldn't worry much about the clarity here-I have of course seen inferior photos garner much praise. What is good is the composition, (too bad it's not more open on the left) and the red/blue/golden colours.

Well, you cannot have all the "goodies" in one shot. Despite the obstructing roof this is a beautiful night shot specially the structure itself.
