Found this deserted sandbank at the Eastern tip of Hainan of the shore of Dongjiao.
It took some time to get there. First a bus from Haikou to Wenchang. Then another bus to the boatstop. Then a boat to Dongjiao, another bustrip, a scootertrip, and then, finally, I went with a small boat to this deserted place, where I went for a swim.
The scaffold is for fishing nets. The water is very shallow here and some fishermen were walking between sand banks.
In mid-October, the whole area was wonderfully deserted, and back in Dongjiao, they sell great, fresh fish....
