Hi Bong,
Nicely captured during good light. The colors are quite subtle and interesting. The tilt technique is useful in situations like this and you have intuitively picked up on that. One point to watch though is to try to not allow your main subject to touch the frame as with the top of this building. I personally find it a bit distracting. Just keep checking the LCD and if adjust your position as needed.

Nice angle, but it's too dim! It seems like your not using your DSLR correctly. My Grandma's Phone shot is better than this. Study and read some tutorials first, Listen to advices.
