[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
February 17th 2008, Summer Palace Garden (Yi He Yuan), Beijing, China. Outside air temperature was -10C, henze the frozen lake if you could notice on the photo. Liked the hazy atmosphere in the photo, creating a sense of mystery which seems like originated from the pagoda. The garden was huge - totalled 6 hours on foot but still unable to cover whole of it. Will definitely go back to take some shots in spring or summer.

Hi Andrew.

Great picture! I also like the hazy atmosphere here as it really adds to the photo. Good composition as well. It looks a lot different from when I was there last September! Good job.

J'ai eu l'occasion de visiter ce Palais d'été en sptembre 2006. On mourrait de chaud !!!
À ta place, j'aurai baissé un petit peu mon appareil pour avoir un peu moins de ciel vide (même s'il est joli) et un peu plus de premier plan.
Très jolie lumière
