Photographer’s Note
I think that no matter what no picture could ever do justice to the great wall.
This photo of the Great Wall was shot in Black and white and then scanned. I adjusted the levels and increased contrast of the Sky.

Great Photo, Andrea!
I saw so many phots of the great wall, and been there myself, but this one is the best.
Use of B&W is bet here, and the contrast is very good.
Well done!

I agree with Avigur 11, this is a real nice photo of the wall and a good use of B&W in my view. I like that the wall seems to be lighted in the distance. There is also good definition of the landscape. The "menacing" sky adds to the feeling of this shot.
Bravo.

This is definately one of the most striking photos that I have ever seen of the Great Wall. The lighting and the defined ruggedness of the landscape with the wall cutting right through it, manage to give it an almost surreal feeling. Very nice!

Also one of the best pictures I have seen of the Great Wall. The eye is led naturally into following the winding path of the wall.

A very striking shot. You seem to have introduced just a little colour toning into the sky - it gives a nice effect. You need to soften the horizon line contrast at the far right.

A wonderful shot of the Great Wall. I've taken some pictures there myself, but are just not as good as the one you have presented here. B&W is a natural choice for this subject. Beautiful.

Beautiful details, great picture! It would be interesting to see this in color too.

A unique view of the Great Wall with just the path and no 'wall'. The mountains and sky in the background are excellent. Very well framed, Andrea.

Excellente prise de vue. L'angle ne pouvait ętre mieux, selon moi. Chapeau!

Hi Andrea, Good B&W of this magnificent structure. Looks like one of the original parts? Good clarity. TFS. Murray.
