Changbaishan mountain is a dormant volcano, which is the highest in Northeast China.
The elevation 2,189 meters Changbaishan mountain celestial pond is the highest,the deepest, and the largest crater lake in China, the total water-holding capacity 2 billion cubic meters, the water surface area 9.8 square kilometers, and the mean depth 204 meters(max.373 meters). The water temperature in the celestial pond is 0.7 degree Celsius to 11 degree Celsius all the year round.

j'aime beaucoup l'immensité et le calme de ce cratère dont le nom "lac céleste" est un ravissement.
I like the vastness and calms of this crater whose name "lake celestial" is beautifull.

The point of view leads our eyes toward the edge of the celestial pond. The captur of the wave of the water and the reflections in the it are assets to the composition. There is a good contrast between the colors. Have a nice day.
