[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This picture was taken during lunch in an alley off Zhangdian Jie, just around the corner of the Silver Spring Hotel.

With the unfocussed figures on the right and without a clear point of attention, this is a bit of an experimental shot for me, but I like the result. I am curious to find out whether you like it.

Hi, Benny.
Usualy, I don't like the lack of sharperness on the foreground, but here, is not bad at all...
Blurry woman with kid gives some mood to this scene.
Yes, I like it.
Best regards. Grazyna.

Yes it works for me too.
The jumble of signs and stalls is interesting enough but it doesn't have a focal point - the out of focus couple give you that, strangely enough!
Cheers
Brian

Hello Benny,
great daily life shot!
I like that you focused on the background ,
gives a lovely mood for d shot!
Congratulations!
Wish you a lovely day!
Linda

It works for me, there is enough depth and detail in the market scene to keep me occupied and the blurred OOF woman gives the motion and action that undoubtely is goign on in the market.

Hello Benny. An interesting and worth seeing everyday life photo. The technical quality could be somewhat better. Nevertheless the photo pleases me very well. Best regards, Wolfgang.

Hi Benny

Nice comp and colors. Very sharp. Interesting focus, making the subject the food alley and not the woman and child. Well done.

Hi Benny,
I like this one very much. The multicolour umbrellas, the Chinese characters, all frame excellently the space of that market... The blur image of the woman with the baby almost leaving the scene is lovely... I almost feel walking in there…Nice shot!

Hi Benny,

I really like the result of your experimentalism in this one. The human figures on the right catches our attention, even blurred. Perhaps that feature enhanced the dof in a way it looks a 3D image. In a second look, it's nice to check the details of the background such as the parasols and the plates. Very good work!
Regards,
Carlos
PS1: thanks for your words on my last post.

Hi Benny, this is an excellent shot and i do love the DOF you applyed here and the placement of your focus. So much sharpness in the background, and a blured woman with her baby, this is very exotic for me and i do love the overall quality of that picture

Hello Benny,
a photo journalistic approach to the picture.
A very colourful to depict the way of life of the people. A lot of stories behind the shot. the foreground is very exciting as well as the background.
Great people shot.

regards,
Foozi
