Photographer’s Note
This is a young Tibetan monk in the Labrang Monastery in the small town of Xiahe, Gansu province in western China. I stayed here in this small side temple to get out of the rain. There were many devout pilgrims doing the prayer wheel circuit.

Hi again Mike;
The colors are rich and I reckon well rendered and true to actual. I'm not quite sure about the cropping/ compo. I think you might have been a bit better off with landscape vs. portrait format (ie: more wide then tall), I would also want to try and avoid clipping any of the boy. I think it might work better with a closer position to the boy (getting more detail in the face) with the prayer wheels as the backdrop.
Just my two cents...
All the best,
- Dan

Hi Mike,
Nice image and very well scanned. I see little quality loss as the colours and details seem very good. Interesting scene with the child standing beside the drum-like objects. Cheers :-)
