Hi Caleb. I do like your close and personal shots of these people living in far away places. There is always lovely light in your work and beautiful colours, plus, most importantly, the human touch.Regards. Klaudio. Did you try her dumplings? What was in them? Mince, shallots...? Regards. Klaudio.

Excellent colors and texures. Nice smile from another country and another culture. I think I have a tablecloth that has the same pattern as her apron. The effect of the globalization....

Hello Caleb,
a smile from across the world. I like your colours, texures and light. But most of all I like this smiling girl. Looking through your gallery I see that people are important to you and your pictures alweays include them. For me, the world is about people and so I enjoy most of all pictures that tell a story about people.

Despite a difficult frontal light, you succeeded in delivering another beautiful portrait. I admire the noble features of tibetan women, as you show them, with their high cheekbones and their sweet glances. Here, the elements of the environment are interesting too, not only the mo-mo's preparation but also the old walls.

Hello, Caleb,
such a wonderfully lit portrait. I really like the lovely soft colors and the nice detail, but there is just something about the light that is mesmerizing. She has a very sweet smile, too. This is a really touching shot. Many thanks and kindest regards,
Shelly

hi caleb,
this photo is even "too cute" i'd say...:-))
seriously - the model looks so happy that you were photographing her that her smile and friendly look overshadows the surroundings which - after careful look - reveal kind of poverty, carelessness etc. - old walls, broken and rusty windows... they all look so natural, so real, that that smile of your model makes me feel that it must be a camouflage...:-)))
best, j.

Great use of window light, Caleb. What I like is that it's not only artistically well done, it's also culturally vivid, saying a lot about the standard of living. There's nothing fancy and not a lot of space, but she looks comfortable and "at home." Nice colors throughout. Regards, Ken.

Hi Caleb,
I had a look at your collection and really enjoyed your portraits gallery. You manage very good to catch people feelings in a natural way. Not artificial, not superficial, just simple and true...sometimes almost documentary.
This one is great as the place could seem dirty and old but the shy smile of this women, probably proud that you had interest to her and her cooking, makes all the beauty of the scene.
Thanks for sharing!
Cheers
Aymeric
