Photographer’s Note
.
In a park nearby my hotel in Beijing, everyday I saw people using water and brush to play with calligraphy and exchange famous quotations. One day, I spotted a kid trying to figure out what the aged people do. Probably his education begins from here, on the street, not at school.

I have a weakness over caligraphy and street caligraphy is no exception. Beijing is a priviledge place for it, since it seems pretty easy to find it in several parks and even in some tourist attractions such as in Beihai Park or in the Summer Palace.
Regarding this photo, it is a very interesting perspective, although we don't see the kid's expression we may easily find his interest. However, and that is why I only give one point, is the appearance of a bit of a foot in the right down corner and the feather ball (i don't know how is it called in English) cropped in half on the left side. For the rest, it is a quite nice shot
