On both sides of this street are houtongs (trad. Chinese houses) and many of the shops on this main road are restaurants. These chefs are out for a walk somewhere, one snowy Beijing day.

Great B&W shot with beautiful tones – and with strange atmosphere. Nice details, very good composition. I like a lot.

Good Composition!

Very interesting shot. The choice of bw is very appropriate as it creates a very urban scene. The moving car in the right especially makes this shot beautiful as it sets the dynamics of the elements in this picture. Great picture.

Interesting picture. I like the high-key, fairly-high-contrast image. The crispness reminds me of some famous photos of the past -- the image and scene almost look like something out of Paris. I might like to see this in a vertical crop, focusing on the one chef. Nice image.

The perspective makes one to look even in the deepest part on it, and
so the triangle formed by the chiefs and the policeman
as the "V" formed by the bruches to examine the foreground - perfect composition and very good B/W.
