Hi Wei. Nice arrangement. In Melbourne where there is a large Chinese presence, the Melbourne have fallen in love with Chinese dumplings. When i first tried xiao long bao, the Shanghai soup dumplings, I was amazed to find broth inside the dumpling. Now I know how it's done- soup stock mixed with gelatine, which turns into liquid when cooked. Homemade is best.Happy and prosperous new year as millions of Chinese are traveling from the cities to their ancestral homes in remote villages to celebrate with family. Klaudio.

Ni ha! I've been looking at your fascinating gallery and it was a difficult choice as to which to critique, but I could not resist this photo. Firstly because it is of one of my favourite foods and secondly, because the photo is of superb quality and has made the photo look so delicious and inviting. Excellent light management, play of shadow and light, aswell as razor sharpness and depth of field. Happy Chinese New Year!
