West Lake Longjing Tea, or West Lake Dragon well green tea, is one of China’s best teas, which grows in the Longjing mountain area of Hangzhou nearby the West Lake.
The tea leaves picked home need be placed for 6-12 hours, and then needed to be fried twice with frying pan. The photo is for the first time fried, and in the second frying, the shape of the leaves will be turn into flake-like.
The West Lungching is listed as NO.1 in Chinese teas, most nominated for its 4 features: green color, delicate fragrance, sweet flavor and beautiful appearance.
Recent studies have discovered that green tea is very helpful for good health. New tea of earlier spring Dragon well tea contains more nutritious than normal. New tea of Top class West Lake Longjing this year costs more than US$1600 per kilograms in Beijing. |
