Photographer’s Note
The obelisk called "bao pu dao yuan" overlooks the West Lake in Hangzhou from a rocky hill top. The obelisk is a reconstruction of the original and was finished 2 years ago. Unfortunately nobody was able to tell me more about this feature. The climb up the hill is short, but requires scrambling over slippery rocks with a steep drop on one side. The view of the West Lake is great if the weather allows for it. I applied curves, increased colour vibrance and a little sharpening in PS.
