Photographer’s Note

Maybe hundred years ago, this kind of umbrellas was used in daily life by the young girls. Now, mainly for turists. When you travel in South China, you can see this umbrellas in some gifts shop.

most wonderful photo of very vibrant and colourful composition.
Semi transparent umbrellas crossing each other create wonderful pallette of colourful tones, a real treat to look at.

Very good graphical presentation by using the umbrella colors and lines and curves for this shot. I like the 4colors of the tips.

Hi Lily,

very nice picture of the colorful umbrellas.
In Europe we use umbrella mainly to protect from rain, but I'm sure that with so nice umbrellas some ladied will use thwm also for sunny days.

Nice colors and perfect sharpnes and exposure.
