Hello Selim,
So well catch !!! It's excellent !!! Composition is very good, and shows well the contrast between the colors and the "jobs" of both baloons and policeman. It's a very good shot.
The photo is a bit overexposed and a PP job to saturate the colors and add a bit of sharpness could be useful. A note would have been very welcome to explain us the context of your shot...
Anyway, a nice one !
