Photographer’s Note
Right... this is something I did not except. At first everything looked fine. We were staying at Grand Hyatt Shanghai and I was delighted to see an elegant square Yixing purple clay teapot with two cups and a bottle of artesian water from the Voss spring in Norway.... wow! But then it turned out that there were only tea bags in the room. Some red, green and wulong tea but all in bags. How an earth can a 5 star hotel offer tea bags to its customers ... and in China! Ok I took this photo and then we went to a patio café downstairs (well to the 56th floor ar least) and ordered some Longjing which was truly excellent. So, Grand Hyatt, if you are reading this, please take away the tea bags from rooms and replace them with some quality tea .. Shouldn´t be too difficult, you are in China after all.
