Photographer’s Note
For many Chinese, Mao is considered almost like a God now and is believed that he brings luck.

Hello Yannis,
quality could be better but the picture and the idea are very good. Very descriptive of a country.
Ciao Stefano

Hi Yannis, an interesting idea and a funny pic.
I agree that the quality is not so good and the pic is also slightly tilted.
I am not so sure about your note, though. I don't think its true that Mao is considered a god - especially not in Shanghai!! (You might find old devotees in the country-side). You can find all sorts of Mao-memorabilia for sale in Shanghai's backstreets, but I would argue that they have lost their traditional meanings and been transformed into kitsch and souvenirs.
Anyway, a "small" smile for your good idea..
