Photographer’s Note

A bleak, cold, windy day in Chongwu Port, a coastal fishing town in Fujian Province near Quanzhou.

The white things within the fishing nets are polystyrene or foam floats, to support the fishing nets in the water.

Hi Chris, a daily life shot, what are these white things in the nests ?
I like the color of the terrace, it is a color that I could not associate with another place than seaside.

Interesting view from the port, Chris, with a good use of the fishing nets and devices as a foreground interest. Quite a lot of details to look at resulting in a good total. Perhaps it would be worth a try to "verticalize" the buildings towards the left and right borders of the frame. Good shot.

A complete equipment for the fishermen, Chris, the upheaval in the port is, however, great on this picture, the tiles with this relief its lovely. Everything sharp and clear.

Vibrant colors and perfect use of the wide angle lens here Chris! The contrast between the white polysterene and the turquoiz floor is very effective!

Full of details and yes in a bleak atmosphere,but very intresting and depth with pattern of the buildings is fine,well captured and nicely composed,Chris.

This is not your best one, but even it is interesting enough to show us. It is a little light, the photo is well taken, The colours come not whole out, maybe it comes through the backlight, Farther good job
