Welcome to TE!
This is an interesting photo in which we clear see the busy construction we usually find in many cities in China.
Also, it is quite interesting to show the sunset with the water in the bottom as it shows what seems some different fishing boats.
However, you could increase the contrast on the sunset (by living all the buildings totally in black) or let us see more details of the boats and buildings
