You can find general information for Langzhong in the Lonely Planet. Generally speaking it should only be a destination if you have a lot of time to kill. Like many of China's "old/ancient towns" the local government has gone into Langzhong and created a Disneyland-ish atmosphere. That said the cold noodles are pretty good...
