Photographer’s Note
Although the aviation infrastructure as a whole is still rather underdeveloped in China, what has been built recently is usually quite nice. There is plenty of terminal space in Chengdu (CTU) but only 1 runway -- creating an imbalance between passenger throughput and airplane throughput. Alas, the reason for me and my consulting colleagues to pay the facility a visit and have a chance to take a few nice photos like this one. I hope you like it.
