Photographer’s Note
Taken in a market in Chengdu. It is heated in a pressurised container and rotated rapidly. After a given time the container is opened with a considerable bang. I found this out after I moved closer to get a photo and I noticed that everyone else was very quickly moved away.

Hello Malcolm,
An interesting shot and note. We sometime use pressure cookers at home for popcorn. But here is a fire made with charcoal which makes the photo charming.
You've also captured the rapid movement of the container very well.
